Last Friday, Lagoon was open all day because of UEA. We had yet to go to Frightmares so I decided this would be the perfect day. Mike had to work so I was going to try and go by myself, but I am so glad my mom offered to tag along. I wanted my mom to get her money's worth so I let her go on all of Gage and Landen's favorite rides.
They started out by going on the Musical Express. My mom looks like she's having fun doesn't she?
They wasted no time and next went straight to the scrambler!
Tanner was sad. He wasn't tall enough to go on the scrambler.
They finished up the swirl motion rides with the Tilt a Whirl!
I thought my mom was going to throw up.
My mom said she was done for a little while, but Gage begged her to go on The Bat next. Gage must have been showing off a little for my mom because he hated The Bat the last time he went on it. Afterwards, Gage wasn't done with my mom yet. They headed off to the Wild Mouse while Landen entertained Tanner and I. Thanks for being such a good sport mom!
Landen loves the song Disturbia by Rhianna. He is singing the beginning Hum Dum DeDums that are at the beginning of the song. I think his rendition smashes hers!
Landen next gave us a little taste of Alvin and The Chipmunks although you can't hear him very well.
When Mike saw these pictures, he wasn't too happy I let him wear my new Smith sunglasses.
This picture cracks me up. Gage offered to let Landen be in the front so he could stear the plane up and down. I thought to myself at the time, "Oh what a nice brother Gage is." I soon found out that Gage was intending on teasing Landen the entire ride. There is a controller in the back seat as well and when Gage pulled back on it he overpowered Landen's and they stayed safely down near the ground. Landen freaked out the entire ride!
Lagoon has a cute, friendly Spook a Boo Hanted House for the kids where they were able to get lots of candy!
Don't even say it Dad!
We had so much fun! I was able to go on my favorite ride The Spider and Gage road the White Roller Coaster for the first time with me! Thanks for helping out with the kids mom! They had a blast going on the rides with their Grandma Pedri!

Oh! That is so cute! Your mom looks like she's having fun! ;) I would probably be barfing after all of those rides. Your kids are so cute. I love the video of Landen singing. And you've got some very cute new glasses!
There is just too much to say about this post. It is pretty sad that when Ava looks at Bejing she says, "mom, why did Gage take off his clothes." Poor girl can't tell a difference between Gage and the skeleton. Then mom looks absolutely sick. I can't believe she went on all those spin rides. And hey, since when does Gage ride the Bat? Doesn't that go upside down? Brave guy! Oh and LOVE Landen. What an entertainer! Needless to say I was crying by the end of it. I gotta call dad and see if he has seen it yet.
Wow! you do have never ending energy. Didn't we do our late night soccer game that Friday? I would be exhausted if I went to Lagoon and then soccer. I was exhausted just from the Halloween party I did. I did go to Lagoon on Saturday night and I am glad that my kids are not old enough to ride the spinny rides. One cause of being prego, but too I would be sick too.

Frightmares sounds fun. You're mom is a super good sport—she went on a lot of throw-up inducing rides! Also, Todd will be very proud of Landen singing Disturbia—he loves the song too. :)
