We had a really fun 4th of July. I love being with family and just hanging out. We up to my parent's house to celebrate. Mike and my Dad went golfing while my Mom and I took the kids to this really neat park with water by her house. We forgot to bring swimsuits, but it was fun anyway.
Gage just got dumped on.
Landen is trying to spray everyone with water.
I was so excited to do fireworks. I wanted to see how Tanner would react and if Landen was going to be scared like he was last year. I knew Gage was going to have a blast.
The anticipation is mounting. I can just tell.
I think Tanner had the most fun trying to play in the water meant for the hot fireworks to go in.
Landen was doing some sort of prefirework dance.
And here's Landen after the fireworks started. At least he stayed outside for some of it this year.
Tanner just hung out. I don't think he really cared about the fireworks.
Tanner started to enjoy them or maybe it was Grandma Pedri's face he was enjoying! Landen went into the house before we were even halfway done and Tanner followed close behind.
Every year Mike thinks he's so cool because he gets to use his Plumber's torch to light the fireworks.
Gage loves sparklers. Pretty much a repeat of last year. One out three isn't bad I guess.

That is so funny with Landen and his hands on his face. Ava would probably be the same way. She isn't into loud things and holding fire would probably scare her to death.
