The Hall Christmas party is quite different from the Zampedri Christmas party which makes both parties fun and entertaining. Mike and Landen stayed home because Landen was still recovering from getting his tonsils out a few days earlier. Landen was definitely feeling better, but I didn't want him to over do it.
The party started at 4pm and lasted until 8pm. It didn't feel that long. The kids had a great time playing, hitting a pinata, eating yummy food, and playing the gift exchange game. My grandparents even busted out the slides to go down memory lane. It was so fun to see my mom as a little girl.

Thank heavens my grandparents have a bucket full of
miscellaneous toys. It kept the younger kids entertained for quite awhile.

Here's
Kade and Tanner waiting for their turn to hit the pinata.
Kade was sitting a little to close to Tanner and invading his personal space. Tanner took it upon himself to hit
Kade to get him to move. They were still buddies afterwards.

Tanner is proudly showing some of the candy he found. He made out pretty well.

The gift exchange game can go on for quite some time with over 30 people playing. My dad kept calling out the next number so that person would be ready. He hates it when everyone is shouting, "Who's number 9?" and of course number 9 is oblivious. My dad kept the game moving.

My dad
ooohd and
aaahd at what everyone got.

My grandparents were treated to an
itouch.
Overall the party was a success. I always have so much fun visiting with my cousins and seeing all of their kids. I wish we were able to get together more often, but this family is huge!

That night was pretty fun! I love when you write about your dad. He is such a crack up . . . I love it! That picture of Kade and Tanner is so cute. I think Kade invades a lot of peoples space :)
